How to generate your KRA Tax Compliance Certificate

 When applying for most Government jobs, job seekers  are required to furnish recruiters with a Tax compliance certificate as part of Chapter Six documents of the Kenyan Constitution requirement. 

When bidding for Tenders most tenderers require a Tax Compliance certificate from Bidders popularly referred to as TCC.

In light of the above I will give a step by step approach on how to generate a Tax Compliance certificate for entities (Individuals and companies ) without any tax liabilities that are due.

Step 1:On your Browser go to Itax Website

Step 2.Select iTax -KRA option and click on the https://itax.kra.go.ke which will direct you to the website's Home page below. Input your KRA PIN and click on continue. A tab that requires you to input your password will pop up. Input your  password and the answer for the security summation or subtraction equation and click on 'log in'.

Step 3.On clicking on, "login " you will be directed to your iTax Account Homepage  below.

Step 4.Go to Certificates tab and from the selection click on 'Consult and Reprint TCC'

Step 5: Select your Reason for Application and submit.

            Click on "Click Here to Download Tax Compliance Certificate "next to the                                           acknowledgement number and save to your preferred storage.
